Ticket Policies

 

    • On site security is available 24 hours a day throughout the weekend. Lock up all valuables to avoid theft.
    • Legends Valley 2016 wristbands must be worn at all times and are subject to inspection. Any wristbands found to be altered, tampered with or fraudulent will be removed and the owner will be escorted from the site.
    • Any criminal activity, violence, public inebriation, destruction of property or any other violation of the venue rules is subject to removal of wristband and immediate ejection from the grounds and possible arrest.
    • This is a 19+ event – no one under 19 years of age allowed on site.
    • Outside alcohol is permitted in campsite area only – NO drinking on roadways. Security will confiscate and dispose of alcohol found outside designated campsite areas.
    • Show gates are scheduled to open at 12:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For the safety of our patrons, venue management retains the right to delay the opening if necessary.
    • With the exception of service dogs, NO animals are allowed at Legends Valley Music Festival.
    • All chairs in General Admission must be removed nightly.
    • Patrons entering onto the festival property may have their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes in festival photography and/or web casts by the festival, contractor, media and/or event partners. By entering the grounds, you agree to allow such use of your image and/or likeness by Legends Valley Music Festival.
    • No personal ATV’s, scooters, golf carts, horses, etc. allowed on site.
    • No glass bottles or glass containers allowed
    • Sales or distribution of any unauthorized or illegal materials without express written consent of Legends Valley and/or its artists is subject to confiscation, removal or arrest.
    • Bio Cup Canada Music Festival Ltd. and Donnelly & Associates assume no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other related harm suffered by participants, spectators, site owners, leasers, or others who may be adversely affected by the event.
    • THE SHOW WILL GO AHEAD RAIN OR SHINE.
    • LINEUP SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
    • ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS.

What Are Acceptable Chairs?

Cameras

No professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses or go pros. Selfie sticks and mono pods are also not permitted on site.

Drinking & Driving

  • Always arrange a safe ride home. Taxis are available on site.
  • We have a comprehensive shuttle service. Please visit our shuttle bus schedule page for details.
  • Road checks will be done nightly by local law enforcement.

Smoking Bylaws

  • Smoking on the show site is allowed in designated areas only. Please use buckets provided and use caution when disposing of cigarettes.
  • Sales or distribution of any unauthorized materials without express written consent of LVMF 2016 and/or its artists is subject to confiscation, removal or arrest.

Lost & Found

  • All Lost & Found items will be held at the Information Booth during the event. After the event please contact the admin office.  Government issued ID will be handed over to Lake Cowichan RCMP following the event.

First Aid

  • The First Aid tent is located next to the show site entrance and are available throughout the event. In case of emergency, fire, police, and/or ambulance will be contacted as needed.

Evacuation

  • In the event of an emergency evacuation proceed calmly to the nearest exit and follow event staff to a per-determined staging area. Never attempt to go against the pedestrian flow. LVMF 2016 staff will provide proper assistance for disabled patrons and children during an Emergency Evacuation.

Grounds For Eviction

  • Invalid or absent wristband
  • Rowdy or disrespectful behaviour
  • Excessive noise/noise after curfew
  • Messy campsites
  • Any criminal activity, possession of fireworks, weapons or illegal drugs
  • Contributing to a minor
  • LVMF assume no liability for personal loss, injury, death, property damage or other related harm suffer by participants, spectators, site owners, leasers, or others who may be adversely affected by the event.
  • All patrons entering the festival and concert property may have their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or partners of LVMF 2016. By entering the grounds patrons agree to allow such use of your image and/or likeness by LVMF 2016.
  • First Aid is located at the information booth during the event. Please contact security during non-concert hours for First Aid assistance. In case of an emergency call 911.
  • Lost & Found items will be held at the information booth during the event.
