    Location
    Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park, 8811-2 Youbou Rd., Cowichan, BC.

    Turn (Right from Nanaimo, left from Victoria) on Highway 18 to Lake Cowichan. Veer right onto Youbou Rd.

  • Guidelines

    1) Set-up is between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Tuesday, August 22, 2016. Or Wednesday August 23 between 9:00 AM - 11:00AM

    2) No vehicles are allowed on the event site after 10:00 AM.

    3) The event runs from 12:00 PM – 1:00 AM on August 23 Thru 26 and 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM on August 27.

    4) All vendors must be set-up and ready at 12:00 PM each day of the festival.

    5) Vendors are required to staff and supervise their own space during hours of operation.

    6) Vendor space is not transferable nor may it be subdivided without prior agreement of the event organizers.

    7) Vendors must not have street teams roaming the event site. Unless previously arranged with event organizers, vendors may only operate within their designated footprint.
